The Management of INTER EUROPOL Piekarnia Szwajcarska S.A. is aware that the importance of quality and food security of the products plays a great role in satysfying the needs and expectations of the client. All our actions concerning the quality of the product are well planned, systematic, documented (feedback) and supervised. Our firm is ready at any time to guarantee that everything is being done under standing norms and expectations of the clients.

Our prior aim from the very start of this company was a constant search for perfection and creating an effective managing method that would guarantee high quality of the goods. The identification and estimation of hazard, related to the food production, is highly important. The HACCP system helps to determine means that are necessary to eliminate all the risks, in order to guarantee food security with a particular focus on the client.

In January 2002 with the decision of the president of INTER EUROPOL Piekarnia Szwajcarska S.A. we initiated the implement of an integrated quality managing system, that is compatible with PN-EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TC 34 N 1046 HACCP. With the cooperation of a consultant firm we started reorganizing work according to the terms of managing quality.

Working out the quality politics and food health security, the management of INTER EUROPOL Piekarnia Szwajcarska S.A. guaranteed the identification of production processes focusing on the needs and expectations of the client.

We developed and introduced a client service system, which assured that the expectations of the client are being identified and fulfilled. Thanks to introducing a system that is consistent with ISO 9001:2000, we achieved a much greater control over the quality of the goods. We also stabilized the process of production and improved self-control among the staff, which lead to an increase of responsibility for the quality of the goods.

On 11th March 2003 INTER EUROPOL Piekarnia Szwajcarska S.A. obtained certificates stating of the right use of ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP. Though it doesn’t mean that we have finished our search for perfection – we are constantly controlling those processes and that helps us to evaluate our actions and place higher expectations.
