Inspired by the traditional art of bread baking we went back to its source.

Inspired by the traditional art of bread baking we went back to its source - the years past. Using only the highest quality traditional ingredients - such as flour, water, yeast and salt - and sparing no effort, we have created products that are hand-moulded and baked traditionally on stone.

Fascinatedby our discovery, we enriched our d’Antan (French for "from years past") products with gourmet ingredients, due to whicheating our bread is not only an unusual time travel, but also an opportunity to discover new, unique flours.
